Oroville Realty is located just 4 miles south of the Canadian border in North Central Washington State,  in the quaint rural town of Oroville which overlooks scenic international Lake Osoyoos.  This lake is shared by our Canadian neighbors to the north and is advertised as Canada's warmest lake.  Osoyoos BC our sister city to the north in Canada is referred to as Canada's Palm Springs.

Getting There:  We are located at 915 Ironwood, just one block west of Main Street (Highway 97)  Across the street from the High School.  Can't miss it!

Driving:

Within the US: Travel Hwy 97 north from Wenatchee to Oroville. As you first come into Oroville you will come to a street to the west (left hand side) continue going west for two blocks.  Turn north on Ironwood (right hand side) go about 4 blocks up.  The grade school is on the right side (east), go up another block and the high school is on the left side (west).  Oroville Realty is located right across the street from the High School at 915 Ironwood.

From Canada: Travel Hwy 97 south from Penticton to Oroville (just 4 miles south of the US/Canada border crossing). Hwy 97 turns into Main street in Oroville.  Continue going south until you hit Central.  Turn West (right hand side) on Central for one block.  Turn South (left hand side)  Go south for approximately 3 blocks.  You'll see the Oroville High School and we are located right across the street.
